It takes less than 1 minute to schedule and notify all members about an upcoming event. Scheduling a 6v6? XCM automatically takes care of setting up backups.
Everything you need to know about
your team
All you need to create a member is their Gamertag. From there, XCM makes sure that they have a positive Xbox Account Reputation. Once added to your team, XCM keeps track of their notes, event restrictions, points and rank, recruits, games owned, availability, and Xbox message responses to your linked “bot” account.
Track wins and losses for events
You could go to several different websites, look up each individual Gamertag, and do the math. But why would you when you can do it all through XCM? Would you if you didn’t have XCM?

Use Discord?
